Śheeta Pitta (urticaria) is a hypersensitivity disorder characterized by recurrent wheals, itching, and erythema, commonly associated with Doṣhic imbalance and immune dysregulation. In Ayurveda, Śheeta Pitta is primarily caused by the vitiation of Vāta and Pitta Doṣha along with involvement of Kapha, leading to disturbance in Rasa and Rakta Dhātu. The present case report describes the successful Ayurvedic management of a 50-year-old female patient with Śheeta Pitta associated with fatty liver (Yakṛit Vikāra) treated at Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited Hospital, Ajmer, Rajasthan. The patient presented with symptoms of Pratiśyāya, Śarīra Śhūla, Daurbalya, Udar Śhūla, Vibandha, Anidrā, and Cittodvega, indicating Vāta–Kapha Doṣha vitiation with impaired Agni and Manovaha Srotas involvement. The therapeutic regimen included Panchkarma interventions along with individualized Ayurvedic medications, dietary regulation, and lifestyle modification. A significant reduction in serum IgE levels was observed from 900IU/mL to 99IU/mL, along with marked clinical improvement and resolution of hypersensitivity symptoms. The results suggest that Ayurvedic Panchkarma and holistic management can effectively modulate immune response, reduce allergic manifestations, and improve overall quality of life. This case highlights the potential role of Ayurveda as a complementary approach in chronic hypersensitivity disorders, warranting further controlled clinical studies.
